Hi, I’m Ryan Bates. I didn’t grow up in a world of balance sheets and financial statements—I come from the blue-collar, working-class world. I’ve spent years driving FedEx trucks, working long shifts, and serving in churches, and I know firsthand what it feels like to work hard and still feel like money is always slipping through your fingers.

That’s why I care so deeply about financial coaching. I’ve been in the shoes of people who feel stuck—like the system is designed for them to lose, no matter how hard they work. Along the way, I transitioned into accounting and earned my degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. I also became a Ramsey Certified Financial Coach, which means I use proven, step-by-step principles that really work in everyday life—not just in theory. My goal is to combine real-life experience with financial expertise so I can help individuals, families, and small business owners find clarity and confidence with money.
